RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If your jewelry is damaged during the delivery or the wrong item is send, please contact us via hello@daynightjewelry within 48 hours after the delivery with the photo of the piece/s and explain what is wrong.

We will accept any returns within 14 days after the delivery except custom orders and earrings for hygenic reasons.

In case of return, please repack your order. Please use the original packaging and include everything that was sent in the box to prevent damage. The buyer is responsible for the return costs.

Your refund will be made to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it is unused.
