• Upon shipping, the Buyer will receive a notification along with a tracking number for their convenience.

• Please be advised that during peak seasons, the production time for custom-made order pieces may vary.

• The Buyer has the option to expedite their order with an express shipping upgrade during checkout.

6. Right of Withdrawal: The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement.

7. Cancellation: The Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following cancellation policy:

​

• Cancellation of an order must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. 

• The Seller reserves the right to deny cancellation requests if the order has already been processed or shipped.

• If the Buyer wishes to cancel an order after the 12-hour window, they must contact the Seller immediately. However, cancellation may not be possible if the order is already in progress.

• The Seller will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests within the stipulated timeframe.

• Any refunds resulting from cancellations will be issued in accordance with the refund policy outlined in Shipping & Return Policy.

• The Buyer understands that failure to adhere to the cancellation policy may result in additional charges or fees.

• By agreeing to this contract, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of the cancellation policy.

7. Return of Goods: In the event of withdrawal, the Buyer shall return the goods to the Seller without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which the Buyer communicated their withdrawal from this Contract.

• If your jewelry arrives damaged or the wrong item is sent, please contact us immediately with a photo or video of the piece/s and an explanation of the issue. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. You will be refunded for the item's price minus the original shipping cost.

• When returning items, please ensure they are repackaged securely using the original packaging and include all components to prevent damage.

• Custom-made items are non-returnable. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

8. Refund: Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Seller shall refund the purchase price to the Buyer using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

9. Governing Law: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul.
